Shipping fee within Metro Manila
(Manila, Caloocan (North/South), Las Pinas, Makati, Malabon, Mandaluyong, Marikina, Muntinlupa, Navotas, Paranaque, Pasay, Pasig, Pateros, Quezon City, San Juan, Taguig and Valenzuela) is P50.00 only.
Shipping fee for Provincial Areas is P140.
Free shipping for a minimum order of P1500.
When will my orders ship?
After payment, we’ll email you an order confirmation. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days. We ship Monday to Friday Only.
When will I get my order?
You'll get an email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
This rarely happens but if you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please email us at [email protected] and we’ll make sure to get you the items that you ordered.
Customer’s satisfaction is very important to us! Rest assured that we will pack your items securely. We will gladly replace any item that may have been damaged while in-transit. Item must only be exchanged for the same product you purchased.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refund, return/ exchange for any other reasons.
